Breaks and air-conditioning are perfect, plus new radiator and coolant, new rear shockies, and the niggling petrol cap release is fixed ,plus membership discounts ,on top of all that ,the end cost was so much better than what the Holden dealership would have charged me,and the fact I became ill on the day I was to pick up my car, Lenny had shown empathy and kept my car secured, untill I could pick it up.So in future I will be one very loyal customer to Joondalup RAC Auto servicesLenny thanks for your help and professional service and to your friendly staff and mechanics.Signed by one very happy customer and member of the RACKind regards Andy Waters

Great service, especially from Jack (hope I got his name correct!)Kept in the loop with pricing and status of the service.I’ve changed mechanic after 15 years, so it’s been nerve wracking, but RAC Joondalup have made the switch seamless.Can’t recommend them enough! They’re busy, so I would say to book a month before you want your service.

Helped with my alternator issue , was still under warranty"and so they replaced and worked on it for free and they allowed for my car to be booked in on the day . You won't find better customer service and mechanic in Joondalup

Rip off warning!!! My Daughter had an issue with the idle being too high. They couldn’t work out what was wrong with it so got in a specialist which cost my daughter $150 then said it was the idle motor. Quoted my daughter a ridiculous price of $980 and told her it was a huge job and was forcing her on the spot to book it in. Lucky I knew a little to know this was an absolute rip off. The whole part took 10min to fix and costs only $200 from another mechanic. Called the manager to complain but he was rude and didn’t really care. She has been a member since driving but will never use RAC repairers ever again.

My business van had broken down. First up RAC road assistance was amazing. My engine had a rattling noise and the chap advised me not to drive it for my safety and got it towed to RAC Joondalup Auto Services. This was a Friday. I had a call later that same day that the news was grim. A small piece of metal had broken off a spark plug and entered the engine. It was possibly repairable but with no guarentee. Other option was to source a reconditioned engine but having an APV Van that is no longer available in Australia, that didn't look promising either. I decided to send the van to the scrap heap. Ronnie was brilliant with understanding I had to find a new van asap for me to continue to run my small business, so allowed my old van to sit in the yard almost for one week (taking it inside the garage every evening) while I was searching for a new vehicle and organising a wreckage company to pick it up. When I eventually organised the pick up and went to Joondalup to pay my outstanding bill, Ronnie kindly took out my Cargo Barrier, took off the number plates (no charge) and gave me discount on the amount I owed RAC. Ronnie also showed me diagrams and explained what had happened to the spark plug and how it had damaged my engine. Apparently a rare thing to happen. Ronnie and RAC Auto Services were very accommodating and helpful. Very grateful.

I was extremely satisfied with my vehicle service, as I always have been in the past. My particular vehicle concerns were explained to me and some major necessary repairs were effected quickly within a week efficiently at a fair and reasonable price. Courtesy was shown at all times.
